Birch Open 2026 + MB Games Teams South & West qualifier – CANCELLED

UPDATE 16 JAN: Unfortunately due to the severe winter storm closing Highways 1, 2, & 3 today, the grooming team cannot get out to Birch tonight and are not able to groom the trails in time for the race. With continued storms forecasted through Saturday night, Sunday is not a viable option and next weekend is not an option for the race organizing crew either. 

Athletes from the West & South regions who registered for this race intending to qualify for Manitoba Games will be contacted by CCSAM Executive Director, after receiving the race start list and determining the best alternative selection procedure.
