- Programming is applicable to athletes aged 10 to 23 as of the end of the calendar year.
- Athletes (and Coaches) must be registered members of a Nordiq Canada (CCSAM) club.
- Athletes (and Coaches) must be registered in the 2025-2026 PDP (and completed all the Safe Sport requirements): https://zone4.

- Athletes must be comfortable with sustaining a minimum 2 hours of activity time per session (2 to 3 sessions daily) and be capable of Nordic cross country skiing a minimum 10km per session in previous season.
