Hecla Island is the hub of activity in this year-round natural playground. Leaving Winnipeg, follow PTH 8 for 165 km north along the west shore of Lake Winnipeg to Gull Harbour.
Hecla has 26K of classic ski trails and 5K of skate ski trails.
