The latest on Windsor Park Golf Course/Nordic Centre
The Winnipeg Public Service is recommending that the Alternate Service Delivery (ASD) Committee approve a business plan proposing a 20 year lease agreement with GolfNorth Properties Inc. to manage and operate Kildonan Park, Crescent Drive, Harbour View & Windsor Park Golf Courses.
The lease agreement would require GolfNorth to share Windsor Park with CCSAM for continued operation of the Nordic Centre during the ski season. (Yes!)
The business plan will be considered by ASD this Friday May 17th, 2013.
