Spring Cup

Red River Nordic is hosting a mass start race/event that caters to all abilities. Invite your family and friends! March is a great time to have fun and be outside and challenging yourself. 

The race will be at Windsor Park Nordic Centre on March 3rd. 

It will be freestyle technique (meaning skate or classic), depending on the trail condition we will try and have a classic trail on the side. If you choose to classic, we will note that you did classic on the results sheet. 

We welcome all abilities, courses will depend on how much snow we get this week.  

• Kid start time at 10:30am with distances of roughly 1 km designed for jackrabbits (parents can ski with them) and 3.5km for the older ones. Special treat at the end. 
• Adult start time at 11:15am with two distances available of roughly 9 and 18km. 

Course maps will be available at the start and course will be marked. 

We will have post race food for all to enjoy inside or outside around the fire as we cheer on family and friends to the finish. 

Cost:

• 10$ per kid
• 12$ per adult. 

This will be a relaxed, fun atmosphere with plenty of smiles. We hope you can join!
