2014 Fall Training Camp Notice & Registration

What:  High Performance Program Fall Dryland Training Camp for athletes and coaches

When:  Friday October 3 – Sunday October 5, 2014

Who:  Open to all CCSAM High Performance Program registered skiers and all club coaches.

Where:  Mount Evergreen, Kenora ON

Cost:  $85 includes accommodations and meals. $0 for club coaches (please register on Zone4). Athletes/coaches responsible for transportation to/from camp. Note: The $50 option you will see in Zone4 is for the local (Kenora Nordic) Track Attach registered kids.

General Itinerary (Juveniles & older and Midgets & younger will have unique itineraries):

Friday:
Late afternoon/early evening arrival.
Tent set up/fireside gathering/coaches meeting.

Saturday:
Rollerskiing, strength sessions, ski walking and more.

Sunday:
More rollerskiing, yoga, mental prep, mass start trail race and more.

Estimated finish time – ~3:00pm Sunday
