2013 Fall Training Camp Notice & Registration

What:  High Performance Program Fall Dryland Training Camp for athletes and coaches

When:  Friday October 4 – Sunday October 6, 2013

Who:  Open to all CCSAM High Performance Program registered skiers. Click the link for more information.

Where:  International Peace Garden (near Boissevain, MB)

Cost:  $100 includes accommodations and meals. $0 for participating and registered club coaches. Athletes/coaches responsible for transportation to/from camp. Note: there is a $10 charge per vehicle entering the park.

General Itinerary (check back for updates):

Friday:
Late afternoon/early evening arrival. Optional rollerski session, easy run & yoga.

Saturday:
Rollerskiing, Sport Psych with Tom Skinner, season planning/goals, games.

Sunday:
More rollerskiing, long distance hike with ski striding.

Estimated finish time – ~3:00pm Sunday
