On Snow Training Camp – Dec. 14th to 16th

What: CCSAM High Performance Program On Snow Training Camp with guest Lisa Patterson (CCC High Performance Coordinator-Eastern Canada)

When: December 14th to 16th, 2012

Where: Windsor Park Nordic Centre & TBD (somewhere with hills!)

Who: Athletes, and their coaches, currently registered in the CCSAM High Performance Program at the Train to Train (T2T) stage of development & beyond.

T2T athletes are those that have already learned/mastered the fundamentals of all ski techniques and are now working on improving, refining and adapting their technique especially related to performance (tempo, snap, range).

Cost: $20. Includes snacks and venue trail fees.
(Athletes that earned a cash reward for their fitness testing results at the 2011 Dryland Training Camp in Kenora will receive a Coupon Code via email).

Proposed itinerary:

Friday December 14th – Coaches evening classroom session

Saturday December 15th – Classic technique skills & drills

Sunday December 16th – Skate technique hills & terrain
