CCSAM Coaches Retreat – June 22-24, 2012

The CCSAM Coaches Retreat is open to all ski coaches currently (or soon to be) working with athletes in the Train to Train stage of development (and beyond).

The purpose of this retreat/workshop is to get club coaches together for a weekend focused on coach development – exchanging of information, ideas & lessons learned, sharing of best practices and a full weekend of learning from CCC’s High Performance Coordinator (East) Lisa Patterson.

Date/Time: Friday June 22nd 7:00pm arrival – Sunday June 24th 5:00pm departure.

• Rollerski technique
• Ski striding
• Video analysis
• CCC’s Athlete Matrix & LTAD

Cost: $0 for CCSAM club coaches. $60 for others.
