Snow Motion Classic

The Snow Motion Classic will take place on Sunday February 12 at Birds Hill Park’s Group Use Area 1 trail.  The Park has designated the trail for classic use from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM that day. 

There are classes for 2-dog and 1-dog skijoring in Pro, Sport, and Novice divisions, as well as kick sledding classes.  Pro classes compete for $450 in purse, and the Sport and Novice class will all receive ribbons.

People are always welcome as spectators.  The charity of choice this year is the Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue, and they are selling raffle tickets for a trip to Churchill at the Classic.
