We skied classic and skate skied Sunday morning on the west side of Camp Morton. It was recently groomed and in great shape, firm and fast. It is about a 6.5 km out and back. The grooming has held up well: the classic tracks are shallow but consistent (best on Fox Den and Jackrabbit). I didn’t have amazing kick, but double poling was great. Skating conditions were excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better. No walking damage at all.
