I’d say it’s a B- due to people/dogs and lack of snow generally (things out of our wonderful groomers powers). The loop at the Riverview Gardens was not re-groomed and is rough but nonetheless always enjoyable.

Chickadee is in worse shape, but skiable if you aren’t picky. It’s a popular trail for the novice so lots of little slips off the trail. Still enjoyable!

If you have been waiting to try it out – go now! I have never been disappointed by the grooming or the lovely warm up shack (which is very roomy and they stock matches). If you are kind and organized enough it needs a refill of newspaper to get the fire started.
