Good conditions. The ~5 cm of new snow is skied into the right track. In a few places it was very moist.
The Group Use Road has too much loose snow on it to be skiable. It needs to be groomed, or you can wait for a few days of melt and freeze for it to settle.

The classic tracks are very well formed. They are getting very slick/fast. Lots of double poling for me. Skin skis worked very well for Anita. Two of our family members used a very soft/sticky/warm grip wax (~0° on the can), which worked well.

Our groomer went out early this morning to start on the “flat” trails and determined that we would not be able to groom the ski trails without causing damage.

We’ve received reports that the tracking is good, so to not jeopardize this we will not attempt the tracking this week, but will reassess next week as always.…Read more
