Good conditions. The ~5 cm of new snow is skied into the right track. In a few places it was very moist.
The Group Use Road has too much loose snow on it to be skiable. It needs to be groomed, or you can wait for a few days of melt and freeze for it to settle.

Grooming update for Feb 25.
All trails have been reset. Best conditions of the season so far. Thanks to Marc for packing during the snow/wind storm and to Chris for resetting all the trails late last night !! We now have a really good base.

We got a trace amount of snow which is skied in already. Tracks are firm, glide is good and it felt like we were in a giant snow globe as the fluffy white stuff was coming down!

I did not ski today Feb 18, hoping for serious snow. However, I respectfully disagree with GAD’s rant about trail walkers.
You have to accept human nature these days: everybody seems to focus on themselves.
That said, I suggest that the “trails” are wide enough that walkers can take advantage of them…Read more
