From Paul & Anita:
Hecla trails are groomed and fantastic. There will be good snow for at least one more week. No warm temps until Friday.
Skate skiing / fat biking on the local snowmobile trails as well.
I am betting decent snow will be around for two weeks – weather call as forecast is calling for snowfall all next week.

All trails have been groomed for classic and skate and are in excellent condition. Due to the wind, exceptions are the wide open/exposed areas namely Graveyard Loop, Brent’s Loop and Home Stretch. They will be groomed on this afternoon.

Snowmaking is continuing and the clubhouse will be open tomorrow. There is not enough snow to set tracks anywhere and the gravel cart paths are exposed in most areas. “Rock skiing” for sure! The first fairway (Race Course area) and practice grid (Main Grid) are the best places to ski. The east side of the river will be better when the snowmaking…Read more
